Assembly and dismantling

The regular assembly of the system stands begins on Monday, 11.11.2024, from 7.00 a.m. and ends on Tuesday, 12.11.2024 at 10.00 p.m.

Individual stands can be set up from 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 12.11.2024.

Early assembly of individual stands for Monday, 11.11.2024, from 2.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. is subject to a charge and must be requested in writing from the organizer. Approval is only possible to a limited extent.

You can move into your complete stand on Tuesday, 12.11.2024, from 2.00 p.m.

The storage of exhibits or decorative materials as well as preparation and production work on other stands is prohibited. All aisles must be passable at all times.

Regular stand dismantling starts on Thursday, 14.11.2024, 5.00 p.m. and ends on Friday, 15.11.2024, 10.00 p.m.

Please note: No stand may be completely or partially cleared before the specified time, nor may exhibits be packed or removed from the stand.

The aisle areas must be kept clear for approx. one hour from 5.00 p.m. on 14.11.2024, i.e. they must not be covered with exhibits or stand material in order to ensure the unhindered delivery of empties by the trade fair forwarding agents.
