FAQ Exhibitor ticket portal
How do I know if I am a ticket manager?
On the registration form for your stand, under "02 Contact person for trade fair organization", an e-mail address has been entered as the ticket manager.
You must use this e-mail address to register with Messe Frankfurt ("Messe-Login") in order to access the exhibitor ticket portal.
If no e-mail address has been entered on the form under 02, the contact person under "01 Company address" is the ticket manager and can access the exhibitor ticket portal with their e-mail address.
How can another person become a ticket manager?
The ticket manager can name any number of deputies in the exhibitor ticket portal, who can also access the exhibitor ticket portal after registering via the "Messe-Login".
If the person named in the registration form can no longer do this themselves, e.g. because he or she has left the company, we can nominate another person with an e-mail address as ticket manager. In this case, please send an e-mail to contact@pest-protect.eu.
How does the exhibitor ticket portal work?
In the exhibitor ticket portal, you can create personalized exhibitor passes (pdf) and send them to your colleagues by e-mail and/or download them directly from the portal.
For your business partners whom you would like to invite to PEST-PROTECT, create ticket codes or links and send them to your customers by e-mail. These ticket codes can be used to create admission tickets for visitors in the ticket store.
The following applies to all tickets created: Only the ticket codes converted into visitor tickets will be invoiced after the trade fair.
Which tickets can be created and how much do they cost?
Set-up and dismantling passes:
You will need identification to enter the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds. For all exhibitors and other stand personnel, this is the exhibitor pass, which is valid on the set-up and dismantling days as well as on the days of the fair.
Exhibitors who have commissioned individual stand constructions require corresponding set-up and dismantling passes for their stand constructors. These can be ordered free of charge from the ticket store for exhibitors and forwarded to the stand constructors.
Exhibitors who have booked a complete stand do not require a set-up or dismantling pass.
Exhibitor passes:
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to the following number of passes free of charge:
> up to 12 sqm stand area: 2 passes
> up to 15 sqm stand area: 3 passes
> up to 32 sqm stand area: 4 passes
> up to 69 sqm stand area: 6 passes
> from 70 sqm stand area: 10 passes
The passes are intended exclusively for the named exhibitors and their stand personnel. The number of passes included free of charge is based solely on the floor space and is independent of the number of exhibitors on the stand. In the event of misuse, the pass will be confiscated without replacement.
Additional exhibitor passes can be created in the ticket portal for exhibitors at a net price of EUR 12.50.
