Stand rental prices 2024
Are you planning your stand with an individual stand construction? Then you have the option of booking all stand areas without standard stand construction, flooring and lighting.

Additional costs
When booking the stand space, the following additional costs are mandatory for every exhibitor:
Environmental and energy flat rate
The flat rate includes the general cleaning of the exhibition halls, environmentally friendly waste disposal, lighting, heating and air conditioning of the exhibition hall with green electricity and, for the exhibition stand, an electrical connection including 3 SCHUKO sockets with max. 2.5 kW and 1 24-hour SCHUKO socket for max. 1.1 kW (more powerful power connections must be ordered at an extra charge in the Shop for Exhibitor Services).
(more powerful power connections must be ordered in the Shop for Exhibitor Services for an additional charge) Waste disposal refers exclusively to the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor during stand construction and dismantling and during the trade fair. The disposal of production waste, entire stand elements, floor coverings and complete exhibition stands is excluded from this.
EUR 9.50 per sqm stand area
Media package
The media package is obligatory for every exhibitor and co-exhibitor and includes the following services:
Print:
* Company name, address and contact details and the stand number
Digital:
* Entry in the exhibitor directory with company name, address and contact details
* 1 company page: text with 8,000 characters and an image/logo - in German and English
* Link to the company's own website
* Direct link to exhibition products
* 6 documents per language (de/en) as pdf download (e.g. company or product brochures to provide
information about your own products and services in addition to your trade fair presence)
* Marketing material (e-mail signature, e-card, etc.)
* Codes for exhibitor tickets
EUR 300.00 per exhibitor/co-exhibitor
